Dominiraju bodyweight vje\u017ebe i rad s lak\u0161im rekvizitima.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pripremna faza (maksimalna jakost)<\/strong> \u2013 Cilj je pove\u0107ati sposobnost generiranja sile.
